Abstract
Ulnocarpal abutment presents a significant clinical challenge. In the last two decades, the anatomy of the ulnar side of the wrist and the p athophysiology of ulnocarpal abutment have been defined more clearly. Based on this greater understanding, a variety of treatments have been devised. This article reviews the current methods of treatment of uln ocarpal abutment.
