Abstract
This article discusses four types of salvage procedures that may offer a successful means of treating patients after failed distal ulnar sur gery. The procedures include distal radio-ulnar joint fusion, the Sauv e-Kapandji procedure, creation of a one-bone forearm, and massive rese ction of the distal ulna.
