Abstract
Operative arthroscopy of the wrist compliments the physical examinatio n and radiographic imaging to improve diagnosis and treatment of lesio ns about the distal ulna. This article reviews the relevant anatomy, b iomechanics, and classification of acute and degenerative lesions of t he triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC). Minimally invasive diagno stic and management techniques for Tl;CC tears are described in detail .
