Abstract
Diagonalization of the 3-D governing equations, transverse field const ruction, field dependence on the perpendicular coordinate, fields with in annuli, compact recursion equations in matrix form, and 3-D EH and HH dyadic Green's function elements are treated. Explicit dependence o n substrate thickness is given. Magnetic walls are imposed for nonport contour regions. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
