Abstract
An unusual case of ruptured, infected pseudoaneurysm of the popliteal artery presumed secondary to remote blunt trauma in a young man with n o history of intravenous drug abuse is presented. The etiology and man agement of infected peripheral pseudoaneurysms are discussed.
