Abstract
This paper presents new principles which allow the measurement of all the parameters of powerful short-duration single microwave pulses gene rated by relativistic electronic generators by using only one pulse. T hese principles, based on excitation and propagation of surface and bu lk acoustic waves, have allowed us to develop new devices for measurin g electric and magnetic field intensity, duration, and carrier frequen cy of such pulses.
