Abstract
Arylalkylmonofluorophosphonates were prepared by condensation of aryla lkylaldehydes with the lithium salt of diethyl 1-fluoro-1-(trimethylsi lyl)-methylphosphonate. Reduction and hydrolysis sequences gave the fi nal products. These compounds do not inhibit the myo-inositol monophos phatase. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserv ed.
