Abstract
A new ecdysteroid glycoside, ecdysteroside, was isolated from an extra ct of whole plants of Silene tatarica (L.) Pers. Using physico-chemica l methods it was identified as the galactopyranosyl(1-6)]-O-alpha-D-ga lactopyranoside of 20-hydroxyecdysone. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
