Abstract
From the lipophilic exudate found on leaves and stems of Helichrysum c assianum six flavonoid aglycones have been identified, including a new natural polymethoxy flavone, 3,5-dihydroxy-6,7,8,4'-tetra-methoxyflav one. A further non-polar component was identified as alpha-terthienyl. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
