Abstract
This report highlights some of the challenges faced when using multi-r ater feedback around the world. It is based on the observations of coa ches who have worked with a variety of managers from different culture s using a 360 degree feedback instrument - the PROFILOR(R). Reference is made to some of the research on cultural differences in order to cl arify, or otherwise, some of the issues raised.
