Abstract
Embryogenic and non-embryogenic cell lines were obtained from the root stock 41B (Vitis vinifera cv. Chasselas x V. berlandieri). A few extra cellular proteins from culture media of embryogenic and non-embryogeni c grapevine cell lines during multiplication showed a positive reactio n with anti-chitinase antibodies (embryogenic cell lines) and anti-bet a-1,3-glucanase antibodies (non-embryogenic cell lines).
