Abstract
Unicameral and aneurysmal bone cysts are benign lesions, but they ofte n require treatment to prevent pathologic fractures. Percutaneous ther apeutic techniques have been developed because they are less aggressiv e than surgery. A radio-orthopedic consensus is required to choose a p ercutaneous method rather than a surgical procedure, especially in chi ldren.
