Abstract
A novel route for the synthesis of diketopiperazines and diketomorphol ines on a solid support is described. Two different approaches are rep orted for diketopiperazines. The cyclization step involves cyclization with simultaneous cleavage from the resin. (C) 1997 Published by Else vier Science Ltd.
