Abstract
A diverse library of 11.52 compounds based on a beta-turn mimetic scaf fold was synthesized. A subset of the library was characterized by ES- MS. Several compounds from the library with modest affinity to a clone d N-formyl-Mer-Leu-Phe (fMLF) receptor were identified. (C) 1997 Publi shed by Elsevier Science Ltd.
