Abstract
It is shown that color confinement is a consequence of BRS invariance and asymptotic freedom of quantum chromodynamics. BRS invariance is ex ploited to define color confinement, and asymptotic freedom is utilize d to prove it. The proof presented in this paper is an extension of th e one in the preceding paper.
