Abstract
The one-loop corrections to the three-boson vertices WW gamma and WWZ are studied in the context of the minimal standard model (MSM) as well as the two-Higgs-doublet model (THDM). Analytic expressions of the ma gnetic dipole and electric quadrupole form factors are given and discu ssed as functions of various parameters.
