Abstract
On the basis of hydrothermal synthesis of perovskite-type SrZrO3, SrZr 1-xMxO3-alpha (M = Al, Ga, In, x less than or equal to 0.20) series ox ides were prepared. The phase, particle morphology and dopant content of the product were characterized by the techniques such as XRD, SEM, Al-27-MASNMR, ICP and chemical analyses. The results indicated that th e phase of product corresponded to orthorhombic perovskite-type SrZrO3 , and the product had a particle size region which was 5-15 mu m. Elem ental analyses showed that the products have the M/(Zr + M) (M = Al, G a, In) ratio close to that of raw materials. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
