Abstract
A 23-year-old woman was diagnosed with a 5-cm interstitial pregnancy b y transvaginal ultrasound. In addition, she was positive for the human immunodeficiency virus. She underwent laparoscopic cornual excision o i the ectopic gestation and was discharged home the next day.
