Abstract
Silicone prostheses have primarily been used for cosmesis after orchie ctomy, but complications have been reported. In this experimental stud y, diced cartilage graft has been used for testicular replacement in r abbits. Although later reduction of the volume was seen in the MRI stu dies, diced cartilage grafts can be used for testicular prostheses but overcorrection of the volume seems to be desirable.
