Abstract
A method is presented for the treatment of mandibular fractures in whi ch maxillomandibular fixation was achieved with a combination of an ar ch bar and screws which was not dependent on the condition of the pati ent's teeth for the treatment of the mandible fracture. The technique and a representative case is discussed.
