Abstract
Antegrade endopyelotomy is a practical, effective approach to ureterop elvic juntion obstruction. Performing the endopyelotomy under direct v ision enables precision and accuracy in the procedure. Long-term resul ts are excellent, and this procedure should be considered in all patie nts with ureteropelvic junction obstruction.
