Abstract
Phase-pure perovskite powders of Pb(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O-3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O-3(P MT-PMN) system were prepared through a B-site precursor route. Maximum dielectric constants and Curie temperatures (@1 kHz) of PMT and PMN w ere 8,700 and 20,000 at -85 degrees and -5 degrees C, respectively. Bo th PMT and PMN showed relaxer behaviors. Diffuse characters of dielect ric constant spectra in the paraelectric region were thoroughly explor ed.
