The authors present 11 cases. in which this procedure was performed modifying the classic Mothieu's technique in the surgical treatment of coronal and distal shaft hyposp adias associated with chordee, Performing this modified-Mathieu's tech nique, excellent results, both functional and cosmetic, are obtained w ithout any complication.
