The proposed gate dr iver has negligible switching loss and driving loss owing to fast driv ing and zero voltage switching (ZVS) control capability, Experiments s how that the gate transition time is as Short as 20ns and the switchin g loss is as little as one quarter of that of a conventional gate driv er.
