Abstract
This paper discusses the contribution of magnetic resonance cholangiop ancreatography, if needed coupled with a secretin test, to the evaluat ion of a number of situations including obstructive jaundice, the preo perative workup before laparoscopic cholecystectomy, suspected pancrea tic disease, and failure of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatogr aphy.
