EVALUATION OF TRANSPOSITION MODALITIES IN A MOBILE EMERGENCY PSYCHIATRIC GROUP

ERIC is a public mobile psychiatric emergency unit proposing an altern ative to hospitalization in crisis situations. This study describes th e organisation and results of ERIC, and proposes an evaluation of tran sposition's modalities of such psychiatric structure. The local and co ntextual aspects (geographical and historical), the constitution of a broad care network (general practitioners, social services), are empha sised. Moreover an adapted regulation of the hotline, the evaluation o f the population and the resources available, the implications for fin ancial aspects and professionals are analysed.
