Abstract
This paper presents the closed form of the transmission matrix for a n ormally biased ferrite slab. Using this transmission matrix, Green's f unctions for multilayer ferrite structures can be numerically obtained in an accurate and efficient manner. The development of these Green's functions can be viewed in terms of simple analogous circuits. Green' s functions obtained for several multilayer structures are compared to previously published results, and excellent agreement is achieved. As an application, the propagation constant for a single ferrite substra te is computed numerically using method of moments and compared to pre viously published results, and good agreement is achieved.
