Abstract
An efficient and accurate numerical analysis for a small aperture radi al line slot antenna is proposed. A shorted radial line is modelled by a rectangular cavity with short pins arranged circularly in the metho d of moments analysis. It is advantageous from the viewpoint of comput ation cost, since no numerical integration is required in the estimati on of matrix elements. The predicted return loss agree well with the m easured one.
