Abstract
Mimic amino acid oxidase was synthesized by the reaction of beta-cyclo dextrin, 3-(chlorusulfonyl) benzoic acid with iron trichloride. The sy nthesis of phenyl pyruvic acid was accomplished by oxidative deaminati on of mimic enzyme to phenylalanine in Rater and tyrosine can be obtai ned by mimic enzyme to phenylalanine in N, N-dimethylformamide. Phenyl acetic acid can be obtained by oxidative decarboxylation of phenyl pyr uvic acid catalyzed by mimic enzyme in hydrogen peroxide.
