Abstract
In this report we describe an acute psychosis following an overdose of fluoxetine and enalapril. The patient had major depression, but she h ad not previously had psychotic symptoms. The psychosis was characteri zed by hallucinations and paranoid ideation but no disturbance of cons ciousness, and it lasted for a few days. She has not had any psychotic symptoms afterwards. We discuss the possible mechanisms of this react ion.
