Abstract
The Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research developed a bilingual (Ar abic-English) computerized braille-printing system for students who ar e blind at the Kuwait Special Schools. This article discusses the func tions and structure of the programs supporting these functions and the experiences in implementing the system.
