Abstract
Mice of C57BL/6 strain were singly injected intraperitoneally with ant obodies (AB) to serotonin (5-HT), The ''open-field'' testing in differ ent periods after the AB injection revealed a depression of behavior w ithin 1.5 h which changed for activation within 1 day and, again, depr ession within 5 days after the injection. The analysis of neurotransmi tter content in the sensorimotor cortex and hypothalamus revealed incr eased levels of serotonin and, especially, dopamine in the cortex with in 1 day, The cortex serotonin level within 5 days was also increased. The possible mechanisms are discussed of neurotropic action of AB to 5-HT.
