Abstract
The synthesis of N-linked peptides on solid phase is accomplished usin g a resin bound Boc equivalent. The formation of the peptide bond is d one by an activated 2,4-dinitrophenyl ester intermediate and an unprot ected amino acid at the C-terminus. Further extension of the peptide a nd cleavage of the resin is done using mild conditions. (C) 1998 Elsev ier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
