Abstract
Lipase from porcine pancreas is demonstrated to catalyze acylation rea ctions in organic media under microwave irradiation. Reaction rates an d enantioselectivities are significantly enhanced 1-14 and 3-9 fold, r espectively. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
