Abstract
The crystal and molecular structure of the tetrakis(flufenamato)(caffe ine)(aqua)dicopper(II) Cu-2(fluf)(4)(caf)(H2O), was determined by dire ct methods and Fourier techniques. The two copper(II) atoms are bridge d by four carboxylate group, with the apical ligand of a water molecul e around Cu(1), and a caffeine molecule around Cu(2).
