Abstract
This paper reviews first results of three different thermal spray tech niques (arc, plasma and HVOF spraying) on magnesium alloys. Microstruc ture, hardness, wear resistance, corrosions behaviour and bending stre ngth of NiCrFeSiB and aluminium coatings were investigated.
