Abstract
Further evidence of the strong correlation between sky-noise temperatu re and scintillation intensity at 12.5GHz is revealed. Predictions fro m an measurement derived linear regression fit are compared with CCIR predictions and show a net improvement in the accuracy of the scintill ation levels. Extrapolation to 30GHz also gives reasonably accurate in tensities.
