Abstract
Late relapse of childhood lymphoblastic leukemia 10 years after the end of treatment is rare. A young woman whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia recurre d 11 years after the end of treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia is d escribed, and the literature on late relapse of childhood acute lymphoblast ic leukemia is reviewed.
