Abstract
We have previously reported oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) containing 4'-C- a nd 5'-C-substituted thymidines, which demonstrated certain favorable biophy sical and biochemical properties. In this communication, the hybridization and nuclease stability data of the ODNs along with their capability to indu ce RNase H activity are presented. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd.
