Abstract
Phosphorothioate oligodeoxyribonucleotides were found to be inhibitors of t he 2-5A-dependent RNase L. Inhibitory potency depended upon the chain lengt h of the phosphorothioate oligonucleotide and was dependent on the phosphor othioate substitution pattern, but was not substantially base-dependent.
