Pion-induced double charge exchange (pi+, pi-) on a target of Se-nat h
as been investigated at a laboratory angle of 5 degrees and incident k
inetic energies of 132, 166, and 294 MeV. Cross sections (and limits)
have been extracted for the various ground-state transitions. The doub
le isobaric analog state and several other excited states are also obs
erved.
