We calculate the contributions to the rare B-decays, B --> X-s,X-d nu<(nu)o
ver bar>, and B-s,B-d --> l(+)l(-) from the unit-charged technipions. Withi
n the considered parameter space we find that: (a) the enhancements to the
branching ratios in question can be as large as three orders of magnitude;
(b) the ALEPH data of B --> X(s)nu<(nu)over bar> lead to strong mass bounds
on m(p1) and m(p8): m(p8) greater than or equal to 620,475 GeV for F-Q = 4
0 GeV and m(p1) = 100, 400 GeV, respectively; (c) the CDF data of B-s --> m
u<(mu)over bar> lead to a relatively weak limit: m(p8) greater than or equa
l to 320 GeV for F-Q = 40 GeV and m(p1) = 200 GeV.
