Abstract
Recently the failure assessment diagram approach to defect assessment has b een extended to address high temperature fracture. In this paper, a procedu re is set out for applying the method. Some issues related to application o f the procedure are then discussed. Materials data and a worked example are presented to illustrate the approach. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.
