Abstract
Simple and one-pot phase transfer catalytic method for the preparation of b enzyl and hetaryl silacycloalkyl ethers from corresponding acetates in the system chloropropylsilane / KOH / KI / 18-crown-6 was elaborated. The corre sponding benzyl and hetaryl ethers were obtained in 56 --> 78 % yield.
