Abstract
Concentrations of neural components for a low-pressure gas discharge in a c hlorine mixture with nitrogen were experimentally determined by absorption spectroscopy. The most plausible precesses resulting in dissociation of chl orine molecules in a Cl-2-N-2 plasma were considered with reference to calc ulated electron energy distribution functions and rate coefficients for the processes involving electrons.
