Abstract
We measured interleukin 4, total IgG, IgG-albumin relative concentrati on ratio, and oligoclonal IgG in aqueous humors of patients with uncom plicated senile cataracts and cataracts complicated by previous uveiti s of unknown etiology. The values of all mentioned parameters are sign ificantly elevated in aqueous humors of patients with complicated cata racts. The possible implications of our findings are briefly discussed .
