Abstract
Aromatic, aliphatic, cyclic and acyclic O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl oxim es were prepared in 77 to 85% yield by the reaction of the correspondi ng aldoximes and ketoximes with tert-butyldimethylchlorosilane (TBSCl) using imidazole/DMF system.
