Abstract
We have observed an anomalous Sr-90 deposition at the Meteorological Resear ch Institute (MRI), Tsukuba, Japan during the fall of 1995. This anomalous Sr-90 deposition was confirmed by the re-analysis of the sample, the associ ated lowest Cs-137/Sr-90 activity ratio and high r/s ratio, etc. We discuss the cause of this anomalous Sr-90 deposition and conclude that the anomalo us Sr-90 may come from an accidental release of nuclear battery, etc.
