Abstract
Coherent phonons in mixed crystals of Bi and Sb, and Bi/Sb superlattices ap e observed by a reflection type pump-probe method. Combining this time doma in measurement with Raman measurements, the behavior of the coherent phonon s is examined. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
