Abstract
Three new C-methylated flavones, named as muxiangrine I (1), muxiangrine II (2), muxiangrine III (3), were isolated along with one known flavone from Elsholtzia stauntonii Benth (Chinese name "Muxiangru", Berberidaceae). Thei r structures were deduced on the basis of their spectral data.
